We are pleased to offer a unique and comprehensive childbirth preparation course.  The content includes: stages of labor, current pain management options, relaxation techniques, breast feeding and newborn care.  Our goal is to provide you with the tools to make your birth a truly peaceful experience as nature intended.

Cost:  $75.00 per couple (covered be Medi-Cal)

6 – week childbirth series (materials will be provided)
