Kelli Ward is our newest Certified Nurse Midwife. Kelli received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Chico in 1998. She has worked as a Registered Nurse in OB/L&D in Oroville, Paradise, and San Francisco for 8 years. She attended the Frontier School of Nurse-Midwifery and Family Nursing in Hyden, Kentucky and received her Certificate of Nurse-Midwifery in 2003. Kelli is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives, the Northern California Association of Mid-Level Practitioners, California Association of Midwives and the California Nurses Association. Kelli is married to William Ward, an artist and sculptor, who has his own Custom Concrete Countertop business in Chico. Kelli began her Career as a CNM two years ago, after taking some time to have her first child, a boy, William James. Kelli is also an artist and loves to paint, draw and sculpt clay. She is an avid cyclist and enjoys traveling.
